All Rotarians, family members of Rotarians, Rotaractors, and Alumni who share an interest in Cultural and Natural Heritage may join the Fellowship as regular members by enrolling in an existing Team. Supporter membership in the Teams may also be granted to individuals outside Rotary, provided they are introduced by one of the aforementioned persons.
In 2025, the Fellowship will have over 400 members in Local Teams around the world and a following of over 1,000 people: a constantly growing membership base of enthusiasts of Cultural and Natural Heritage and many friends who support them.

The F.R.A.C.H. Rotary fellowship is organized internationally into a Central Coordination Structure and several decentralized operational structures of a territorial nature called Teams.
